Junior QA / QC Manager - Courier / Logistics

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA / QC Manager to join our growing team in Nasik. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree who is eager to learn and contribute to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our courier and logistics operations. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes to maintain high standards across all services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of quality assurance plans and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of operational processes and documentation.

Identify quality issues and deviations from standards, and report findings to senior management.

Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure adherence to quality policies.
