Junior QA / QC Manager (Gurgaon)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior QA / QC Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team at HDFC Bank in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of our banking products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Design (M.Des) degree, bringing a unique perspective on user experience and design quality to our quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and plans.
- Conduct thorough testing of banking applications, systems, and processes to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to understand requirements and provide quality feedback from a user experience perspective.
- Document test cases, test scripts, and defect reports accurately.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide valuable input based on design principles.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in quality assurance and banking technology.
