Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Kit Manager to join our growing team in the Water Treatment / Waste Management sector. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BCA graduate looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment. The Kit Manager will be responsible for the organization, maintenance, and inventory of all equipment and materials used in our project sites and laboratories, ensuring smooth operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, tools, and consumables. Track the movement and usage of kits and components.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment. Ensure proper labeling and organization.
  • Prepare and assemble kits for field operations and laboratory testing as per requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the maintenance and calibration of equipment. Report any damages or malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with project managers and technical staff to ensure timely availability of required kits and materials.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support data entry and record-keeping related to inventory and equipment.
