Real Estate Consultant / Agent - Water Treatment / Waste Management

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying potential land and properties suitable for water treatment plants, waste management facilities, and related infrastructure in and around Coimbatore.

Support senior team members in lease and purchase negotiations, documentation, and transaction processes.
Maintain and update a database of available properties, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, technical, finance) to facilitate property acquisition and leasing processes.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals related to real estate transactions.
Understand basic real estate laws and regulations applicable in Tamil Nadu.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and local authorities.
Handle administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
