Kitchen / F&B Production - Other - 1-2 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a motivated individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role will involve supporting various aspects of food and beverage production and kitchen operations, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be eager to learn and apply technical knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing inventory of food supplies and ingredients, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Support the implementation and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, FSSAI guidelines).

Utilize B.Tech/B.E. knowledge to analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest efficiency enhancements.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and management on menu planning, recipe development, and cost control measures.

Contribute to quality control checks for incoming ingredients and finished food products.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control data.

Assist in training new kitchen staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
