Landscape Architect (2-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for our corporate retail environments, aligning with our brand aesthetics and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual designs, master plans, and detailed drawings for landscape projects, including green spaces, public areas, and external environments for our retail outlets.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of landscape designs with overall project requirements.

Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and tender documents for landscape construction and maintenance.

Select appropriate plant species, hardscape materials, and landscape features considering local climate, soil conditions, and aesthetic appeal.

Oversee site development, construction, and installation to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.

Conduct site analysis, surveys, and prepare reports to inform design decisions.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability best practices.
