Laundry Manager / Supervisor - Chandigarh

We are seeking a motivated and organized Laundry Manager / Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to oversee the laundry operations at our Chandigarh facility. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and efficient working environment for our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our studios and supporting our creative teams. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and pressing of uniforms, linens, and other textile items.

Ensure adherence to strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all laundry processes and equipment.

Supervise and train laundry staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and detergents, placing orders as needed.

Perform regular maintenance checks on laundry equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to laundry services.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and collection of laundry items.

Manage budgets related to laundry operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Handle any issues or complaints related to laundry services efficiently.
