This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in retail operations and team management within the dynamic food processing industry. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our retail touchpoints, guiding a small team, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Supervise and guide a small team of retail associates, providing support and feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and ensure proper merchandising of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space according to company standards.
- Support in training new team members on operational procedures and product knowledge.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals.
