Legal Liaisoning - 1-3 Yrs (Surat)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Liaisoning professional to join our Surat office. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth coordination between our design teams, external legal counsel, and various regulatory bodies. You will be instrumental in managing documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring compliance throughout project lifecycles, particularly in the dynamic Indian architectural and interior design landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of legal documents related to permits, approvals, and contracts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, local authorities, and legal firms for liaison activities.
- Track the progress of legal and regulatory submissions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of all legal correspondence, filings, and approvals.
- Conduct preliminary research on zoning laws, building codes, and other relevant regulations impacting architectural projects.
- Support project managers and legal teams in resolving any legal or compliance-related queries.
- Coordinate meetings and discussions between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and legal requirements in all liaison activities.
