Legal Liaisoning Executive (Mangalore)

Role Summary: The Legal Liaisoning Executive will be responsible for facilitating and managing all legal and regulatory liaison activities for United Breweries Limited in the Mangalore region. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of legal processes relevant to the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and various government bodies, legal authorities, and regulatory agencies in Mangalore.

Prepare, file, and follow up on all necessary legal documents, permits, licenses, and approvals required for company operations.

Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management on potential impacts.

Coordinate with internal legal teams and external counsel on ongoing legal matters.

Manage and maintain records of all liaison activities and legal documentation.

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Attend meetings with government officials and stakeholders as required.
