Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze allegations of legal malpractice and professional misconduct within the banking operations.
- Review and assess adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements applicable to the banking and financial services industry.
- Conduct due diligence on legal processes and documentation to identify potential risks and liabilities.
- Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution related to professional negligence claims.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal and professional risks.
- Collaborate with internal legal teams, compliance officers, and external counsel.
