Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Legal Operations professional to join our dynamic legal team in Kochi. This role is crucial in supporting the efficient and effective functioning of our legal department, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 2-4 years of experience in legal operations or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.

Support the legal team in organizing and maintaining legal databases and case management systems.

Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to ensure timely execution of legal processes.

Help in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries for legal matters.

Facilitate communication and information flow within the legal department and with other stakeholders.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within legal operations.

Assist in managing legal budgets and vendor relationships.
