Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Rights professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and have a foundational understanding of legal frameworks relevant to the real estate and construction industry. This role involves supporting the legal department in various aspects of legal rights management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and drafting of legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to property acquisition, development, and sales.
- Conduct legal research on property laws, land acquisition regulations, and other relevant statutes in India.
- Support the legal team in managing litigation, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements for real estate projects.
- Maintain organized legal records and databases.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
- Provide support in intellectual property rights management and other legal rights as needed.
