Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Leisure / Casino Manager with 2-4 years of experience, holding a B.Com degree, to oversee and enhance our leisure and entertainment offerings. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our patrons, aligning with our company's strategic goals in the beverage industry. You will be responsible for managing operational aspects, staff, and customer satisfaction within designated leisure and entertainment zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of leisure and casino-related activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability from leisure and entertainment services.

Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management within the leisure department.

Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Maintain inventory of gaming equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional events and packages.

Monitor financial performance of the leisure operations, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
