Librarian - E-Learning / EdTech (2-3 Yrs) (Hyderabad)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Librarian with 2-3 years of experience to manage and develop our digital and physical learning resources. This role is crucial in supporting our E-Learning / EdTech initiatives by ensuring seamless access to information for our content creators, educators, and learners. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of digital library systems and educational technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curate, organize, and maintain a comprehensive collection of digital and physical learning materials, including textbooks, e-books, research papers, and multimedia content.
- Implement and manage library management systems (LMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
- Assist in the development and categorization of educational content within the E-Learning platform.
- Conduct user training sessions on library resources, databases, and research methodologies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in library science and EdTech to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with content development teams to identify and acquire relevant resources.
- Manage cataloging, indexing, and metadata creation for all library resources.
- Ensure compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Provide research support and information literacy guidance to internal teams.
