Line Producer - FinTech / Payments Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Line Producer with a legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic FinTech startup in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process of various projects within the payments sector, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and optimizing resource allocation for efficient project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of both production workflows and legal frameworks relevant to the financial technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of production timelines, budgets, and resources for FinTech projects.
- Liaise with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct legal research and ensure all production activities and outputs comply with Indian financial regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., DPDP Act), and company policies.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to production and vendor engagements.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with production processes and content.
- Oversee the operational aspects of production, including scheduling, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including legal clearances and approvals.
- Support the development and implementation of production workflows and best practices.
