Logistics Executive - Animation & VFX (3-5 Yrs) - Bhubaneshwar

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Logistics Executive with an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing complex logistics operations within the animation and VFX industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient movement of assets, equipment, and personnel, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support production pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of digital assets, render farm resources, and physical equipment.
- Manage and optimize the flow of materials, information, and resources from origin to consumption, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, technical directors, and production managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and monitor shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
- Utilize logistics software and ERP systems for planning, execution, and monitoring of logistics activities.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.
- Manage transportation and storage solutions, including warehousing and distribution, for both digital and physical assets.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, costs, and KPIs to management.
