We are seeking a motivated Logistics / SCM Analyst with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team at our Indore corporate office. This role is crucial in optimizing our supply chain operations within the media and entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics and supply chain processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery of assets, manage inventory, and improve overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current logistics and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency in inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.

Utilize design thinking principles to create user-centric and innovative approaches to supply chain challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content acquisition, distribution, production) to understand their logistics needs.

Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance, trends, and recommendations for management.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against set objectives.

Assist in vendor selection and performance management for logistics service providers.
