Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Management Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives and operational improvements within our diverse food processing business units. This role requires a strong understanding of business strategy, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making, coupled with a postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement within the food processing value chain.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, including market entry strategies, product portfolio optimization, and operational efficiency programs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Indian food industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, R&D) to drive project execution and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and strategies.
