Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis for MBA/PGDM Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This role is crucial for providing insights and driving financial performance within our Animation & VFX division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, highlighting key variances, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies within the Animation & VFX production pipeline.
- Support senior management in financial strategy development and long-term business planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the FP&A team.
