Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and entry-level Manager - R & D to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a recent BCA graduate with a keen interest in research and development within the ports and shipping industry. You will support ongoing R&D projects, contributing to the innovation and technological advancement of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research and analysis of new technologies and trends relevant to the ports and shipping industry.
- Support the development and testing of prototypes and pilot projects under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Collect and organize data for R&D initiatives, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations on research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product and process ideas.
- Maintain documentation for R&D activities.
