Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic testing team in Bangalore. As a Manual Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking software solutions by executing manual test cases and identifying defects. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of software testing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive manual test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications.

Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Ensure that all testing activities are performed according to the project plan and quality standards.
