Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for food production, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement in yield, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including kitchen staff, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-related issues, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and material efficiency.
