Marine Superintendent - 0-1 Yrs - Pulp & Paper

We are seeking an entry-level Marine Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate looking to kickstart their career in the pulp and paper industry, focusing on marine-related operations and logistics. The Marine Superintendent will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of marine transport, ensuring efficient and safe movement of raw materials and finished goods via waterways.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and coordinating all aspects of marine logistics, including vessel scheduling, cargo loading/unloading, and route planning.

Support the implementation of safety protocols and regulations on board vessels and at port facilities.

Monitor vessel performance and operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.

Liaise with shipping agents, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records of marine activities, including cargo manifests, logs, and incident reports.

Assist in conducting regular inspections of vessels and equipment to ensure compliance with maritime standards.

Provide support for crew management and welfare as required.
