Process Trainer - Pulp & Paper (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Process Trainer with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The Process Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and efficiency of our operational staff within the Pulp & Paper sector. This role requires a strong understanding of process methodologies and the ability to translate complex information into accessible training modules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, tailored to different operational processes in the pulp and paper industry.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on various operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance monitoring.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements to incorporate them into training content.
- Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to identify areas for process improvement and training.
- Maintain accurate training records and report on training progress and outcomes.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies by training relevant personnel.
