Mechatronics Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Mechatronics Engineer with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic Oil & Gas division in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated electromechanical systems and their application in industrial environments, with a focus on design and user experience within complex engineering projects. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and integration of mechatronic solutions for oil and gas equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and user interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements for mechatronic systems in the Oil & Gas sector.

Apply B.Des principles to design user-friendly interfaces and ergonomic controls for complex machinery and equipment.

Develop and prototype mechatronic components and systems, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software elements.

Conduct simulations and testing to validate design performance, reliability, and safety standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve design and integration issues for existing and new mechatronic systems.

Contribute to the documentation of design specifications, user manuals, and technical reports.

Stay updated with the latest trends in mechatronics, industrial design, and Oil & Gas technology.
