Product / Service Trainer - Oil & Gas Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product / Service Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training programs on our oil and gas products and services to internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires a solid understanding of training methodologies and the ability to translate technical information into accessible learning materials. A graduate degree in any discipline is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on ONGC's products, services, and operational procedures.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training needs and tailor content to meet specific audience requirements.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees, ensuring comprehension and skill development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product enhancements to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to gather information and ensure training accuracy.
- Manage training schedules and logistics for sessions conducted in Lucknow and potentially other locations.
