MEP Engineer (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive MEP Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within our state-of-the-art animation and VFX studios. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, possess a strong understanding of building services, and be able to contribute to efficient facility management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for studio infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and manage energy consumption and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all MEP equipment, maintenance activities, and performance data.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Support the Facilities Management team in day-to-day operations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input.
