MEP Supervisor Careers in Ahmedabad (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and organized MEP Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to join our facilities management team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be a 12th Pass graduate with a foundational understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office infrastructure, supporting our team in the Investment Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems within the office premises.

Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems to identify potential issues.

Support senior technicians and engineers in executing maintenance and repair tasks.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.

Assist in managing vendors and contractors involved in MEP services.
