MF Distributer / Advisor - LLB Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and legally astute MF Distributer / Advisor with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for managing and advising on the distribution and advisory aspects of our petrochemical and plastic products, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will leverage their LLB degree and practical experience to navigate complex distribution agreements and provide strategic legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate distribution agreements, ensuring legal compliance and protection of company interests.
- Advise on regulatory compliance related to the sale, distribution, and import/export of petrochemical and plastic products in India.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on matters concerning contract law, commercial law, and corporate governance relevant to the distribution network.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes or claims arising from distribution channels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, supply chain) and external legal counsel to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and industry standards, providing timely updates and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to distribution and advisory functions.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and ethical standards.
