The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and a strong understanding of microfinance operations and the Indian financial landscape. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our microfinance initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of microfinance products and services tailored to local needs.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities and assess risks.
Manage loan portfolios, including application processing, disbursement, and recovery.
Monitor financial performance of microfinance operations and generate regular reports.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and stakeholders.
Provide training and support to field staff and microfinance agents.
