We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Stylist with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic retail team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise, potentially gained through an M.Tech background, to understand fabric properties, garment construction, and color theory, applying this knowledge to create compelling visual narratives for our fashion collections. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and analytical thinking to drive brand image and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute styling for photoshoots, lookbooks, and in-store displays, aligning with brand aesthetics and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual presentation.
• Research current fashion trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform styling decisions.
• Select and curate clothing, accessories, and props to create visually appealing ensembles.
• Apply an M.Tech-level understanding of material science and color theory to enhance garment selection and presentation.
• Manage styling budgets and timelines effectively.
• Provide styling guidance and training to retail staff to ensure consistent brand representation.
