Network Manager / Administrator - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Network Manager / Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to oversee and manage our IT network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software, with a business-oriented approach gained from a BBA/BBM background. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our network, supporting business operations within our petrochemical facility in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed and reliability.
- Ensure network security by implementing and managing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Manage network hardware and software inventory, including upgrades and replacements.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to understand and meet their network requirements.
- Manage network vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for network management and security.
- Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
