Network Service Technician - Hyderabad (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Service Technician with 3-4 years of experience to join our IT infrastructure team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a foundational understanding of network operations within a large-scale banking environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and security of our network services, ensuring seamless connectivity for our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network hardware and software.

Assist in the installation and configuration of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

Respond to network alerts and incidents in a timely manner.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Collaborate with senior network engineers and other IT teams to resolve complex issues.

Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices.

Provide basic support for end-users regarding network connectivity.
