Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Neuro Surgeon with 2-3 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging advanced analytical skills to assess investment opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences sectors for our venture capital and private equity portfolio. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex medical-scientific understanding and financial market dynamics, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential investment targets, with a particular focus on neuro-related technologies, medical devices, and biopharmaceutical companies.
- Analyze clinical trial data, regulatory pathways, and scientific literature to evaluate the viability and market potential of novel neuro-therapies and diagnostics.
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses for healthcare and life sciences companies.
- Identify key risks and opportunities associated with investments in the neuro-sciences domain.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals to present findings and recommendations to the investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio companies' performance and provide strategic insights.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in neuro-science, medical technology, and the broader healthcare investment landscape in India and globally.
- Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and post-investment management.
