Non IT Recruiter - Pune

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically focusing on non-technical roles within the financial services or NBFC sector. While the primary focus is on recruitment, a background or understanding gained through an MCA degree will be beneficial in grasping technical nuances of certain roles and collaborating effectively with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently for candidate management and reporting.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
* Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
