Role Summary:

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality standards and processes to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of quality assurance plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications and processes.
- Document test results, identify defects, and report them to the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into quality metrics.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of quality standards.
- Support in data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality assurance best practices and industry trends.
