Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Non Tech Support - Non Voice professional with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber division in Kolkata. This role is crucial for providing essential support services that do not involve direct voice communication, ensuring smooth operational workflows and excellent stakeholder satisfaction. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to understand complex business needs and translate them into effective non-voice support solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and respond to internal and external inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Document support processes, create user guides, and develop knowledge base articles to enhance self-service options.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, operations, sales) to gather information and provide comprehensive support.

Utilize design thinking principles to identify pain points in support processes and propose innovative, non-voice solutions.

Assist in the development and implementation of new support tools and platforms.

Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all support tasks.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support function.
