Nurse Practitioners - Internship Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Navneet Publications in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for individuals with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 1-2 years of experience, looking to apply their unique skill set in a dynamic publishing environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being and productivity of our workforce, bridging the gap between healthcare needs and operational efficiency within the company. This role requires a blend of clinical understanding and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct health assessments and provide immediate care for employees' health concerns.

Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of a diverse workforce in a publishing setting.

Utilize design thinking principles (from M.Des) to create user-friendly health resources and communication materials.

Collaborate with HR and management to address workplace health issues and promote a safe working environment.

Manage health records and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Provide first aid training and emergency preparedness guidance to staff.
