Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and nurturing Nursery Teacher with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our innovative team in Coimbatore. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing curriculum that fosters early childhood development through creative play and structured activities, with a unique perspective informed by design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of nursery-aged children, incorporating creative and artistic elements.
- Develop innovative teaching methodologies and learning materials inspired by design thinking principles to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and management.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social-emotional development.
