Operational Risk Manager (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: Hindustan Prefabs Limited is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across our diverse projects and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a Master of Science degree, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk management frameworks and policies.
2. Conduct risk assessments, including scenario analysis and stress testing, to identify potential vulnerabilities in processes, systems, and projects.
3. Monitor and analyze key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to proactively manage risks.
4. Collaborate with various departments to embed risk management practices into daily operations.
5. Investigate operational incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
6. Prepare risk reports for senior management, highlighting key risks, mitigation strategies, and compliance status.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
