Operations Manager - Upstream (1-2 Yrs) | Mumbai

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager - Upstream with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the upstream operational processes within our architecture and interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of project lifecycle management, procurement, and site coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion, working closely with design, procurement, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage upstream operational activities, including initial project scoping, resource allocation, and vendor onboarding.
- Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational workflows and process improvements.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with site supervisors and contractors to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate operational records and generate regular progress reports for management.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any on-ground operational challenges.
