This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our beverage operations. You will be involved in various aspects of operational support, working closely with the operations and product development teams. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Support the product development team by coordinating sample preparation, documentation, and feedback collection.

Help maintain operational records, including inventory levels, production data, and quality control reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.

Assist in the creation and organization of operational documentation, presentations, and reports, leveraging design skills.

Contribute to visual aspects of operational materials, such as labels, packaging mock-ups, and internal process flow diagrams.

Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
