Orthopedist - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber (Guwahati)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Orthopedist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role will focus on providing specialized orthopedic care within the context of our petrochemical operations, addressing work-related musculoskeletal injuries and promoting employee well-being. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a strong understanding of orthopedic principles and practices, with an interest in occupational health within an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a range of orthopedic conditions, including fractures, sprains, strains, and other musculoskeletal injuries common in industrial environments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including non-surgical interventions and post-operative care.
- Conduct regular orthopedic assessments for employees, identifying potential risks and recommending preventive measures.
- Collaborate with the occupational health team to manage and rehabilitate employees with work-related injuries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic medicine and industrial health practices.
- Provide consultations and guidance to employees on ergonomic practices and injury prevention.
- Assist in developing and delivering health and safety training programs related to musculoskeletal health.
