Otolaryngologist (ENT) - Corporate (Vijayawada)

We are seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our corporate health services team in Vijayawada. This role will focus on providing specialized medical care, ensuring occupational health standards are met within our food processing operations, and contributing to employee well-being. You will leverage your medical expertise and understanding of regulatory frameworks to support our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and provide diagnosis and treatment for ear, nose, and throat conditions among employees.
• - Develop and implement occupational health programs related to ENT health, focusing on preventive measures relevant to the food processing environment.
• - Advise on workplace safety protocols and environmental factors that may impact employee ENT health, ensuring compliance with Indian health and safety regulations.
• - Interpret and apply relevant legal and regulatory guidelines (LLM knowledge) to occupational health matters, ensuring company compliance.
• - Collaborate with HR and safety departments to manage employee health records and address work-related health concerns.
• - Provide emergency medical care and manage referrals to specialists when necessary.
• - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Otolaryngology and occupational health practices.
