Partner / Director - Textile & Apparel (Surat)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner / Director to oversee and drive growth within our Textile & Apparel division in Surat. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a B.Com background and 2-3 years of experience, looking to make a significant impact in a leadership position within a leading Indian textile conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Surat operations.
- Manage and optimize supply chain and production processes within the textile and apparel manufacturing units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and clients.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and market trends in the textile and apparel sector.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation for the division.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
