Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pathologist with 2-4 years of experience to join our Food Processing division in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance, with a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com). This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and safety of our food products throughout the processing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret financial data, production costs, and operational efficiencies related to food processing.
Develop and implement cost-control strategies to optimize profitability within the food processing units.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and pricing strategies.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
Assist in auditing processes and provide necessary documentation.
