Payroll Executive for M.Tech Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our Noida office. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse employee base in India. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree, demonstrating strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll cycle, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees in India, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian payroll regulations, tax laws (TDS, PF, ESI, PT), and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee data in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits administration.
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Generate various payroll-related reports for management, finance, and HR departments.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Assist in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and reimbursements with professionalism and efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
