Payroll Executive - MNC (Bhubaneshwar) - 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures, and the ability to manage sensitive employee data with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with all Indian labor laws, tax regulations (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.), and company policies.
- Manage employee data in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information such as new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant government authorities.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and entitlements in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll reports and tax filings.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
