Payroll Manager - BPM (Lucknow)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our Business Process Management (BPM) division in Lucknow. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 0-1 years of experience to kick-start their career in payroll management within a dynamic MNC environment.

Role Summary:
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. You will work closely with the HR and finance departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of data management and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS).
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Generate payroll reports for management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires, terminations, and changes are processed correctly.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll.
- Support in system updates and testing for payroll software.
- Assist in internal and external payroll audits.
